OCTOBER 2022 Update
STAGE 3
As mentioned in the previous update. Stage 3 has been delayed by a few months due to the Road between Bursa Way and Ballan Road having to be completely pulled up again and relayed due to regulatory changes.
This had delayed the titling until what we believe is early December and works as of last week are still pushing towards that date with the hope of settling in mid December. The physical works are expected to be completed on the Road by the second week of November with regulatory approvals expected to take approximately 30 days there on. However the Developer wishes to strenuously reiterate that this is reliant on all things lining up and regulatory departments performing in line with expectations.
Stage 3 itself is finished, however regulatory departments will not allow its release until the road is completed.
We will provide an update in 3-4 weeks on physical works. The developer is working tirelessly with Council, the Civil Engineers and Planning to have this completed.
STAGE 4 and 5Stages 4 and 5 are still on track with civil works underway. No change has been made to the timeline of Stage 4 and 5 expected to be MID 2023.
LATER STAGESStage 6, Stage 7 and Stage 8 will have more finite updates along the way however with 4 and 5 being completed simultaneously we are expecting these stages to also be completed simultaneously as a collective stage to speed up their delivery to you.
Slabs are being poured on various houses in Stage 2 and works on the Central Park will start in the New Year to be completed shortly thereafter.
As previously mentioned, dates are tentative. As has happened previously, supply chains, compliance, regulatory requirements, and government policy can alter this. However, both the weather for civil works and recent events have been favourable to a seamless transition.
